To access your voicemail remotely when you are not at your desk handset follow the steps below.
1) Call your extension and wait for your Voicemail to play
2) Press *R (same as *7) and listen to the directions or go to step 3. [if you need help press *H or *4]
3) Enter your extension followed by the # sign
4) Enter your password followed by the # sign
5) Follow the prompts to set the desired results
