- Open a browser and navigate to mail.falmouthma.gov
- Log in to your email account (john.doe@falmouthma.gov & password)
- Click on the Gear Icon located in the upper right
- Click View all Outlook Settings located at the bottom of the page
3. Click Mail on the left
4. Click Automatic Replies
5. Turn on Automatic Replies > chose if you want to set a specific time period > set time
6. Click Send Replies outside your organization
- Enter message in the two boxes
