Please log into webmail through mail.falmouthma.gov
Right-click on "Folders" (1)
Click on "Add shared folder" (2)
Start typing in the email address of the shared mailbox that you wish to open.
Click the correct mailbox from the list.
Click "Add"
Your mailbox will now be listed in the left hand pane of the webmail window.
Simply click the small arrow to expand the folders.
