A: How to add a shared calendar. See section B below for deleting a shared calendar.


1) click on the calendar icon

2) right click on the calendar group where you want the shared calendar to appear


3) hover over add calendar

4) left click on an option where you want to locate the shared calendar

- for this example we chose from address book


5) enter a name if searching for a user

6) click on users name to highlight their name

7) click calendar

8) click OK

- NOTE: the shared calendar will only show the user's entries as busy unless the user shares their calendar. how to set permissions on a shared calendar - Setting Shared Calendar Permissions


B: Deleting a Shared Calendar


1) right click on the calendar to be deleted

2) click delete calendar
