The following steps will show you how to set calendar viewing permissions with other user. If you do not set permissions, than other users will only see "busy" on your shared calendar. Setting permissions will allow other users to see more scheduled details on your shared calendar.


1) right click on your calendar

2) click sharing permissions


3) select the permissions tab if it is not already selected

4) click add

5) a new window will open. use the search feature to find the name of a user you want to set viewing permissions 

6) highlight the users name

7) click add

8) click OK

9) select the permission for what the level of detail you want the other user to see on your shared calendar

10) click OK
