Follow the steps below to change your password. If you listen to the the voice prompts you will only hear options 1 thru 3. You will be able to press 5 but not hear a prompt to select 5. At the time this article was written, you will be required to enter a six digit pin.
- Dial *17
- Enter extension number then press #
- Enter password then press #
- Press 5
- Press 4 to change your password.
