Follow the steps below to change your recorded name. If you listen to the the voice prompts you will only hear options 1 thru 3. You will be able to press 5 but not hear a prompt to select 5.


  1. Dial *17
  2. Enter extension number then press #
  3. Enter password then press #
  4. Press 5
  5. Press 5 to record or re-record your system greeting


Note: Your recorded name, also referred to as system greeting is different than the voicemail box recording.
