The Falmouth Information Technology Department has created this document to assist you with creating a Town Meeting Power Point presentation that meets the requirements outlined on the last page of the Warrant Book or go to the Presentation Guidelines located on our website, click here.


We ask that you adhere to the directions provided to reduce the need for revisions to your presentation. The website will provide you with a Power Point template that you may download. 


The Information Technology Department will be at the Town Meeting location at 6:30 PM in the third row of seating. We would appreciate you approaching us well before Town Meeting starts and introducing yourself so we can put a face to the name. This will help us to queue the correct presentation when it is your turn at the podium. Keep in mind that we may have several presentations for the same article so we will need a moment to queue your presentation, resulting in a slight delay. After you approach the podium, you may want to introduce yourself and announce your precinct to fill the delay while your presentation loads. Visiting before Town Meeting will also allow time for us to assist you in becoming familiar with the Presentation Controller. There will be a controller and instruction sheet at both podiums. A copy of the instruction sheet is included below.
