To Tun On Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the Phone app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the keypad icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Type *72 followed by the number you’d like to forward calls to.
    1. example *72 (999)-999-9999
  4. Tap Dial to start forwarding calls.
  5. You will hear the announcement that your calls are being forwarded.






   
To Turn off Call Forwarding:


  1. iPhone 12 > settings > Cellular > carrier services > Verizon services > Press "Call Forwarding Disable *73" button
  2. Place a test call.
