Here is a quick walkthrough to assist you in submitting IT Service Desk tickets and getting fast and effective IT response. 


Go to: https://falmouth.freshdesk.com/support/home


Select “New support ticket” at the top right of the page.

Enter in the necessary information for the ticket, add an attachment if possible (pictures, screenshots, etc.), complete the captcha, and click submit.

You should receive confirmation that the ticket was created, and IT will reach out to you to work on resolving the issue.

It is important to note that the more details you put in the ticket-i.e., is anyone else experiencing the same issue, was anything else going on when it began, etc.,-is the BEST way to get your issue diagnosed and resolved F-A-S-T! As always, please contact IT with any questions.
