Replace drum(s) the close cover

To get to SP mode

Remove cover from the right side of the LED screen

Press the round button closest to you and press the check status button at the same time

Press reset (top left) then enter 806182 C (key presses make no noise and no indication that any button was pressed)

Hold C until new screen appears

Press system sp

Use the down arrows to go to system sp-7XXX

Scroll to PM counter reset sp-7804 select

Select the color you want to reset the counter for then click execute

Do this for each color

PCU – blk (black)

PCU – C (cyan)

PCU – M (magenta)

PCU – Y (yellow)
